Concert in Bridgeport, July 9th 2017

On Sunday, July 9^th, at 3 PM FCSS is giving a concert at Watermark, 3030 Park Ave.,  Bridgeport, CT for our “founder,”  Mrs.  Florence Saunders and her and our friends.  Currently, we are working on this program with a Sinfonia by William Boyce, a Suite by Telemann for flute with Barbara Wyton as soloist, we will play two movements from Serenade by Swedish composer Dag Wirén.  There will be some other lighter pieces TBD, and we will end with a string arrangement of Tchaikovsky’s Cossack Dance.

String players are welcome to join us any Tuesday, year around,  at Temple Shalom on Richards Ave. in Norwalk at 7:30 PM.   There are NO auditions!   FYI:  we are not meeting Tuesday, July 4^th!
